In addition to the various Bible studies, small groups, Men's/Women's studies, BFC has also developed Training Routes and Classes (TRACs) to equip you for Christian growth, ministry involvement and church leadership.

An overnight retreat offered throughout the year, TRAC One: Encounters, is designed to help you experience God in a fresh, life changing way.

Half-day workshops, offered throughout the year to help you discover your God-given ministry gifts, mature in ministry and grow in fruitfulness.

An ongoing series of leadership training classes, personal leadership mentoring, and hands on leadership experience. Includes a one-year internship and commissioning into ministry.
